Emma Billig Awarded Copper Chambliss Student Academic Achievement Award from Kutztown University

Emma Billig of Kutztown, PA, has been awarded a Copper Chambliss Student Academic Achievement Award from Kutztown University. It is the highest honor awarded by the university.

Billig is graduating in May with a degree in communication studies. She received the award for her outstanding service to the Kutztown University community.

In a collaboration with fellow Copper Chambliss Award recipient Kayla Fusselman, Emma helped to write and publish a book on the history of Kutztown University. The book was highlighted throughout the university's Sesquicentennial Celebration.

Billig's next project will be to write a children's book.
