Jordan Morgan Awarded Silver Chambliss Student Academic Achievement Award from Kutztown University

2017 Apr 21

Jordan Morgan of Philadelphia, PA, has been awarded a Silver Chambliss Student Academic Achievement Award from Kutztown University. It is the highest honor awarded by the university.

Morgan graduated in December 2016 as a leisure and sport studies major. He received the award for his noteworthy achievements in athletics. While a member of Kutztown University's football team, Jordan won the Gene Upshaw Award, as the top Division II lineman in the nation.

He has twice been named to the All-America First Team and is the first offensive lineman in conference history to be named the Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference Eastern Division Offensive Athlete of the Year.

Jordan participated in the NFL Combine in Indianapolis this past march and has a chance to be selected in the NFL Draft. If selected, Jordan will be only one of three players in Kutztown University history to go through the NFL draft.
