Kayla Hope Gives Incoming Freshmen Solid Start at Kutztown University

Kayla Hope of Bethlehem, PA, has been named a Freshmen Facilitator with Kutztown University's Connections Freshmen Orientation Program.
Kutztown's orientation involves a comprehensive overview of the university experience that equips students with the necessary tools to make a successful transition into the collegiate environment. Orientation is required for all undergraduate students.
Orientation Facilitators are sudent role models and mentors who serve a vital role in the transition of first-year students from high school to college as well as help new transfer students adjust to Kutztown University. Several also assist with the development and implementation of the Parent/Family Orientation for both freshmen and transfer students. Many hold additional leadership positions on campus. These students are dedicated individuals who possess strong leadership and communication skills, a desire to be part of a team, and pride in Kutztown University.
