Sarah Shiley and Kutztown University Cheerleading Named One of Nation's Top Ten

Sarah Shiley of Camp Hill, PA, helped to get Kutztown University Cheerleading named one of the top ten programs in the nation after their performance at the Universal Cheerleading Association College National Championships on January 18, 2014.
