Lunar New Year Celebration at Kutztown University to Feature Chinese Acrobats

Kutztown, PA (02/23/2018) — Kutztown University's Chinese Students and Scholars Association (CSSA) will host its annual Lunar New Year celebration on Monday, Feb. 26, from 6 - 9 p.m., in the multipurpose room of the McFarland Student Union. It is free and open to the public.

The event will offer free Asian foods, music, games and opportunities to win prizes. The centerpiece of the evening is a performance by the Chinese Acrobats.

The Lunar New Year occurs every year between January and February. Every year is represented by an animal. 2018 is the year of the dog.

This year's celebration is sponsored by Association of Campus Events (ACE), Chinese Students and Scholars Association (CSSA) and KU's Multicultural Center.
