Kutztown, PA (11/26/2018) — Kutztown University President Dr. Kenneth S. Hawkinson will speak at the November edition of the "Spirit on Tap" series this Tuesday night, Nov. 27, at 7 p.m. at the DoubleTree Hotel in Reading. The event is free and open to the public.

The topic of President Hawkinson's speech is titled, "Higher Education: Past, Present, & Future," during which he will also discuss critical issues that students face in the college setting.
